We found a house...and it wasn't easy!

Deb and I immediately went about searching for a house here in Boulder. The entry level picing, while being considerably less than
Hawaii is still high. We looked at all the areas surrounding Boulder as well, but decided that boulder is where we want to be due to it being such a cool place.
So we found a nice ranch that Deb loved even if it was in a flood plain and on a noisy street with a 4-way stop outside. Unfortunately, after we put in an offer, we discovered that the seller had leased the place out for a year a week previous and oh, by the way, didn't mention that small fact to her realtor. So after much negotiation and stress, we bailed on it and found a gem of a place in North Boulder; 2958 Loma Place. A beautiful ranch with a great sunroom owned by a wonderful lady named Naomi who is moving to Texas to be with family.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an amazing view of the Faltirons from the roof and fabulous amounts of sun all day. And as an added bonus for Ray, a huge two-car garage. Oh yes, it will be mine...it will be mine.
The reason we are happy about the view from the roof is that we are going to "pop-the-top" ,as they say here, and build a huge Master suite on top to grab that view. The house is located on a Cul-de-Sac backed by open space and very expensive houses in the backyard. It is very quiet and has huge potential and I cannot wait until I can rip into it. However, the wife says we have to wait awhile to decide what direction we will go.
Amyway, check out the photos and view on google.maps.
