The newest addition to the Pack

We have a new member of the pack-Rocket dog. We picked her up from the Boulder Humane Society and she is a sweetheart. About 10 months old, she is a black Lab/Samoyed mix. Rocket was picked-up as a stray and they had her for about a week before we found her. The Boulder Humane Society is the most plush humane society I have ever seen;clean,modern with lots of volunteers. They have to import dogs as so many are adopted that they normally never keep them more than a week or so. We had the microchip put in her and she seems to be adjusting. The first night was rough as she kept waking me up every hour to make sure I was still there. But she is very friendly to people and other dogs, mellow and quiet, but needs training although she is very good on a leash. Please welcome; The Rocket Dog.
